Dying Light is by far the better game in my opinion. You'll notice the similarities with Dead Island very quickly, obviously they're very similar games made by the same developer. But a lot more love and effort went into Dying Light (which is understandable since Techland own the rights, unlike Dead Island which belongs to Deep Silver).
Which means any future, new, paid, DLC content is not included for either Dying Light/Season Pass, or Enhanced Edition customers. Since the release of The Following in 2016, there have been 5 new paid DLCs added to the Dying Light content library. These are; Volatile Hunter Bundle - One Outfit, One Buggy Skin, Four Weapon Blueprints.

Activate the CD Key on your Steam client to download Dying Light. Save money and find the best deal. The enhanced edition brings new features to the base game and DLC's. New difficulty Nightmare mode which increases the duration of the night and increases the health and damage of all enemies.

The Enhanced Edition and DLC are definitely great purchases, I like all the DLC for Dying Light 1. They're great for something to do when you're sick of going through New Game+ in the main campaign over and over. Sensitive-Feet • 2 yr. ago I got it for 15 bucks at gamestop. If you can find a deal id do it.

Buy platinum if you care about lots of outfits (reskins). Platinum also comes with Hellraid, a really bad DLC, that's short, boring, repetitive and pretty buggy as well. Definetly buy Enhanced and be done with it. You can check out other DLC's and find out if you really want something. it's only $7 difference. Alin.
