Yes. Create two directories: one called CD and another called DVD. Place CD iso's (in .iso format) in the CD directory and DVD iso's in the DVD directory. The filename of each iso file has to be "gameserial.whateveryouwant.iso" with a max of 32 characters.

For the ESR Patcher it makes no difference of NTSC or PAL game.They should work.Maybe it depends only on the TV Output (older CRT TVs do not all supports NTSC AND PAL) But NOT ALL games work with ESR Patcher and thats another thing. For I remember correctly PlayStation 2 CD Games do not works/works correctly.
